FlowClaw AI (“FlowClaw AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website flowclawai.com (the “Site”) and provides AI automation consulting and implementation services (the “Services”). a) Information you provide directly

When you submit our qualification form at /apply, book a call through our embedded Calendly widget, or otherwise contact us, we collect:

  • Full name
  • Business email address
  • Phone number
  • Company size (employee count range)
  • Department needing automation
  • Free-text description of your business bottleneck or question

b) Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect:

  • IP address, approximate geographic location, device type, operating system, and browser
  • Pages viewed, referring URL, time on page, clicks, and similar usage data
  • UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) used to attribute traffic to marketing sources
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6)

c) Information from advertising platforms

We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram). The Pixel may collect event data such as page views, button clicks, and form submissions, along with a hashed identifier, in order to measure ad performance, build audiences, and optimize delivery. No unhashed personal identifiers are shared with Meta by the Pixel.
